DirecTV Inc Complaint - Installation - A Bad Start
PAPILLION, NEBRASKA -- I decided to order DirectTV and not off to a good start. The install time was from 8am to 12 so I promptly got up so I would be there for the installer. The installer never showed up until 2pm, never called either to let me know he was late. I had to call the installation coordinator so they could contact him. Next he forgot to bring some of the items I ordered - and when I asked about them or what to do about it- he said he just doesn't have them.
The installer left wire in my yard, left quite a bit of trash on the street including some bolts, washers, boxes and water bottles etc. The installer also left 4 or 5 bags of junk on my roof.
When I called DirectTV the person no longer could be reached and a supervisor is going to come out in a few days to deliver the rest of my order.
Having dealt with other installers at the cable company - this person was very unprofessional and I was pretty close to tell them to cancel everything due to poor service and very poor installation.
