Abercrombie & Fitch Complaint - Sensor Hole And Rude Manager
32773, FLORIDA -- I have spent $5349.73 in your store between the time of 12-23-06 to 06-08-08. I don't know if that is considered to be little money but I don't think it is. Those are the ones that I have receipts for and I have lost many along the way. I went to the local mall and told them about the sensors making holes in my shirts and had receipts for all of them. She looked at 3 of them out of 19 and she said that they were old and she will not do anything about it.
Does it matter how old they are? The sensor holes are things that they do and just because I wore it, that doesn't mean anything. Some don't show unless you put it on and the material stretches. I never had a problem before as I had returned the shirts for the same reason when I was an employee but I guess there is favortism there. Oh and when I did, the manager simply put another sensor on the shirt and put it on the rack to be sold. Nice!! Well, I don't know if the company cares as when I called corporate, they didn't.
The man said that they might call me back but very unlikely. So the money I spent there is all they will get from me if that is how they are going to act as a company. Quality is what they express but how is that the case when they are selling holey clothes made by their sensors? Word of mouth.... My friends and I are no longer shopping there since my incidence
