Kitchen & Bath Depot, Inc. Complaint - Bad Service, Bad Workmanship, Worse Attitude

ROCKVILLE, MARYLAND -- My husband and I had a kitchen done by this company about 2 months ago. The workmanship is EXTREMELY POOR. The service is TERRIBLE, the prices are good but you pay for it in service and time and a bad feeling over all. The cabinets were measured and ordered wrong - WHICH CONSTRUCTION COMPANY DOES THAT????? The attitude is bad and the whole process stinks!! Very hard to get in touch with the real decision makers. They are always unavailable and the ones that are available CANNOT and ARE NOT CAPABLE of making the right decision.The problems took two weeks just to get corrected.

When the cabinets came they were the wrong color and my husband and I were being forced to take those, it was like we should take what we get not what we paid for. I WOULD SUGGEST NO ONE GO THERE FOR ANY WORK.

You were forced to take them WHY??? You can't be forced to take anything you didn't order or pay for. I understand that it would have taken longer, been a hassle, etc...but you should get what you pay for OR you can cancel your order and reorder from someone else.
