Aspen Lodge Apartments Complaint - Bad Customer Service

OVERLAND PARK, KANSAS -- I lived at Aspen Lodge a couple years ago and didn't have many complaints. It's OK for the money. A couple of months ago I decided to move back to save a little money. I was told by one of the lesing agents that I needed a letter from my vet b/c my dog looks like a rot/mix. I got the letter she approved it and let us sign the lease and move in. Two days later the manager puts a nasty letter on my door saying she didn't approve of the letter and said I had 14 days to get rid of my dog or risk being evicted and how this was going on my rent record as a pet violation.

I did what I was told followed all the rules and am getting blamed because the leasing agent messed up. I want renters be aware of this place and the terrible management and staff. I moved out a week later and they will not refund my money and want 800 more dollars from me.
