Marks Outdoor Gear Complaint - Never received merchandise

We ordered a tent from MOG on July 19th. We have NEVER received the tent. Like others we were told that the issues were with UPS - tent mis routed, held up in miscellaneous UPS warehouses...we asked for and never received the UPS tracking number. We were in contact with this company at least once a week for over TWO months trying to get our tent.

Finally - a month after we NEEDED the tent - we discussed this with a friend and they said, no tracking number, no shipment.

We have given up on this company as they do not answer their phones and now their website is down. Not good indicators.

Our credit card company is working to get our money back - even if it has to go to court.
