AT&T Wireless Complaint - Big Company - Big Problems - You Suck
WESTBURY, NEW YORK -- I guess if your tummy is full, you are not worried about having a meal.
I wanted to get a new phone service from AT&T, unlimited plan and wanted to port my old number from current service to AT&T.
Sounds easy Enough, Guess again.
AT&T shipped me one of their cheap free phones, than when I checked the next day for the shipment, they told me they canceled it because they couldn't PORT my number out ... HUM..
The phone company I have was contacted and they allowed porting of number.
The AT&T representative suggested I should go and pick one up from one of their corporate stores (more junki free phones) Where they wasted my 2 hours for nothing.
NEXT day I learned that I am to receive a phone in mail in 5 days, (WOW - I am all teared up I can't believe it, ... I am saved, so quick only 5 days)
On Calling they accepted canceling a previous order and re-issuing it? (I did not ask it to be canceled nor to be re-issued)and suggested AGAIN to go to their Corporate Store. I explained my experience with their Corporate Store, and the lady supposedly spoke with the Rep. in the store, MIKE and said all is OK / Green signal.
Just to be on the safe side, I called that store and guess what MIKE IS NOT IN TODAY.
The other representative didn't understand any thing and excused her self by saying She cannot help me and I should call back - hanging up.
Its a matter of time, .. AT&T has a good network, run by bad people with no network in between them ... so guess where they will be.
