Time Warner Cable Complaint - Very Poor Customer Service
LOS ANGESE, CALIFORNIA -- I've had cable internet through time warner for about 4 years. On April 08, the internet connection just dropped without any particular reason. I called the service a couple of weeks later due to my busy schedule and they sent the service guy and he found out that my cable was disconnected from main cable box. He said probably a technician from the TIME WARNER CABLE came out and unplugged by mistake. I was charged for all that time for the service I wasn't getting which was resulted from their mistake.
They didn't offer any refund saying I didn't call right away. Exact Same thing happen again in September and I had to go through the whole process again. This time the technician who came out told my he didn't have my unit # on their work order sheet and probably that's why TIME WARNER is keep disconnecting my cable thinking I am stealing from their line.
After 4 years of getting service, TIME WARNER didn't have my correct address??? No fault or action from my side, TIME WARNER disconnected my service because TIME WARNER messed up my address on their system and I am still paying the fee for the service I wasn't getting. When I asked for credit for the time that I wasn't getting service because TIME WARNER purposely disconnected my cable from the main box because of the error THEY had on THEIR system, they said NO.
I don't understand how they can afford to give this horrible customer service and stay in business.
