Electrolux Complaint - Customer Service
I purchased a washer and dryer on June 30 2008 from sears in Johnson City, TN. Paid for an extended warranty on July 2 2008 in the amount of $73.90 For dryer and $113.90 For washer. Sept 13 2008 and I have yet to receive the contract/extended warranty. Four attempts have been made requesting deliver status on the extended warranty. All unsatisfactory. I was given deliver dates on two different occasions. Both unsuccessful. Whatever the reasons for these delays, I find it totally unreasonable. Additionally, some of the Electrolux representatives were extremely difficult to communicate with and rude at times.
I called requesting a refund and was advised it would take at least 6-8 weeks. The only responses I could get from them was apologies for the inconvenience.
