Batteryship.com Complaint - Warranty Policy - Palm T5 Battery

MADERA, CALIFORNIA -- Purchased a replacement battery for my palm from Batteryship. Battery was doa and would not charge. I did not read their warranty and customer satisfaction policy as close as I should have. there are no refunds once you open the packaging. At BatteryShip your satisfaction is guaranteed (applies to unopened merchandise) If you get a defective battery you can return for an exchange but you, the customer have to pay for shipping. Once you complete the RMA process and they receive the defective battery they will send another battery, a long wait, if you use your palm for anything other than a paperweight.
