Baystate Ford Complaint - Crooked Dealership - Car Dealership

Review by jcm32676 on 2008-09-15
STOUGHTON, MASSACHUSETTS -- As we all know car salesman and dealerships are generally crooked, but this dealership takes the cake.

I purchased a vehicle and purchased wheels/rims as an additional accessory. I repeat I purchased them AS AN accessory. The dealership kept my old wheels/rims and have still refused to give them to me.

I ALSO purchased a remote car starter and was told it was a Ford Factory Remote Start system...problem #1 that doesn't exist. Believing them...problem #2. $500 for a remote starter you can buy at your local Wal-Mart for $79.

All of these issues have been brought up to the appropriate people but still, no resolution. Please please please do not purchase a vehicle from BayState Ford...ever.

They false advertise all over the place. and Craigs List. Bay State lists prices withough telling you in the fine print or details of that ad, that $3500 cash or trade is being reflected in the price. I wasted three hours before realizing what the actual price of the car, was. These guys are scam artist's.
