I work for cbs too and I honestly think the customers accepting these calls are the rudest people ever. Over 90% of the customers that call us are calling just to scream at someone. You call us up thinking we have personally gone out of our way to upset you. You dont need to get all hostile because we unluckily answered your call and your line is blkd. If you gave us just 5 mins ti fully explain the situation to you, you might understand the system. Instead you think the reps dont know anything and ask for a supervisor. Well guess what, the reps take calls all day long and know more about whats going on than a supervisor. We can actually do more for you than they can. And calling us names? I mean how childish is that? Are we really still in kindergarden? Some of you people need to take a min and think about what your saying.
