Wheel Warehouse - Anaheim California Complaint - Caution - Do Not Buy From - Will Not Back Their Poor Work!!!

Review by ErikP99 on 2008-09-16
ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA -- Since I can't mention any names here in this forum, suffice it to say that the person that is considered the general manager hires people there that aren't familiar with the cars that come in and the products that he sells. Of course can't say that for every employee there but the few that my car came in contact with it is surely the case.

They sold me new wheels and tires for my new S Class MB that were the wrong size and offset- when I had the car checked out at the dealer I was informed of this and that it was causing damage to the alignment of the car. WW would not acknowledge their role in installing the incorrect off-set wheels and I ended up having to purchase another set of wheels and tires from another retailer in Newport Beach.

STAY AWAY FROM WHEEL WAREHOUSE in ANAHEIM CALIFORNIA if at all possible unless you're stranded on the freeway and they are the only way you have to get home, then after you are home go somewhere where they know what they are doing and care about their customers.

Very disappointing review. I have always heard good stuff about the WHEEL WAREHOUSE. I know a few people that have bought tires and wheels there. Never used them myself. If you ended up at Grand Prix Performance I know they will treat you right. I have bought from them in the past, good people at Grand Prix Performance.

Absolutely- Grand Prix Performance in Newport Beach is where I ended up going and they are THE BEST by far- Amazing as a matter of fact- Highly recommended! Basically if you have a car that you care about it's well worth going to Grand Prix- Wheel Warehouse is a nightmare- Ok for a Ford Taurus- but again- if you care about your car- STAY AWAY!
