American Express Complaint - Extreme Rude Attitude
AUSTRALIA -- I am a personal assistant. I am now handling a dispute case for my boss. Put aside the validity of the case. The main point is the dispute officer is very disrespectful. The officer's reply e-mail was rude and my boss was very pissed.
No matter how the case goes on, who's right, who's fault... I believe being polite to the customer is always most important.
