Gosch Toyota Service(Hemet) Complaint - Overcharging, delays, and poor workmanship

Review by Anonymous on 2003-12-19
CALIFORNIA -- I purchased a 1992 Forerunner in May 2003.The Forerunner had a new engine put in at about 132,000 mi.It lasted to 197,000.I lost cylinder compression, and was told I needed a new engine,,again!$6730 later I have ,I think a new block.Service was horrible.Went from 1 week repair to 3 1/2 week repair.I was put on hold for minimum 5 min.at least 4 times. The first new block was put in and sized incorrectly at Toyota of Glendora Ca. per service manager at Gosch Toyota Hemet.I asked if they can give me some credit, since he stated that the enging was put in incorrectly. He gave me the runaround and finally said after numerous messages to the Toyota Service Manager,he couldn`t do anything for me!Overall I will never purchase a Toyota because of the service, gauging, and overcharging I recieved!
