Best Buy Complaint - Rude Phone Service Reps.
FORT SMITH, ARKANSAS -- I was in need of a high end computer. I went to a Bust Buy store and was told they were out. They told me they called a different store and that the computer was in stock. After going there, it too was out of stock. A third store, many miles away was tried after being told it was there. Again no luck. At the store I was told I could pay for the computer and it would be shipped to my door in four days. I paid for the computer and a few days later I called the number to get the shipping information and tracking number and I was hung up on 4 times before I talk to anyone. I was then told that my order had been canceled but no one could tell me why. I called every number for Bust Buy I could find and at last someone told me a new number had be given to my order and it would be shipped out shortly and I should have in within 2 weeks. I could not wait that long, and I told them I wanted to cancel my order and send me a refund, and I was told I would to wait for the computer to show up and take it back to the store. Not being able to cancel my order, I told them to hurry and ship the computer out. More days pass and I call again for a shipping number to track it, and I was told it had not even been shipped yet.
All this is bad enough, but everyone I talked to treated me like they did not care, no one wanted to help, and they all were very rude. What kind of company is this. They have my money now, so what does it matter if they ship out a product or not.
