Paw Paw Michigan McDonalds Complaint - Items Ommitted, Manager Afraid To Call Back To Correct

Review by Big Russ on 2008-09-21
PAW PAW, MICHIGAN -- We ordered a caesar salad with grilled chicken, and a Big Mac value meal. We took it home and found that the salad did not have any chicken, and the fries were not even warm, Like they took them out of the fryer too soon.

I went back and talked to the night manager, Kristen. She would basically do nothing, disputed the facts. She gave me the managers card. I called and left a voicemail and EMAILED him. No response.
A great manager...

I know mistakes happen, but I also believe it is their responsibility to correct their mistake. Luckily for them, the store is just off the interstate in Paw Paw, Michigan. Because if they had to rely on the citizens of the town alone to support the store....Good luck.

what tone was the email and voicemail? if you were polite, and asked for realistic solutions, i am sure they would have called you back.

most times when something is missing, they will offer you something for free.

I was very polite, I explained the situation and asked for a return call. Nothing

my wife worked at the paw paw mcdonalds for over 7years and the manager there isn't right for the job at all. At one point of her career he grabbed ahold of my wife and left bruises that was supposed to be handled by corporate because she didn't want me to handle it my way. But most recently she had to quit because we have a daughter with medical problems that needs her mother at home and his response to her was remember welfare runs out in 2 years now how proffesional is that considering i work hard to support my family and i'm not asking for handouts.
