Pizza Hut Informative - Lousy Service - Pizza, Wings, Pasta Dishes
HOUSTON, TEXAS -- Yesterday my husband and I ordered wings at approx. 6:00 PM at the Pizza Hut 3320 Hwy. 6 South in Houston, TX. We ordered one regular/traditional wings and one mild/traditional wings. Our ordered show up an hour later, wrong. Instead of the regular/traditional we received hot, hot wings. My husband immediately called them and after a run-around, asked to speak to the manager. Ten minutes later he was still waiting so I called on my cell phone and asked to speak to the manager and I too was placed on hold.
My husband then called back a third time and wasn't able to speak to the manager but spoke to someone who said they would double our regular/traditional wings and have them to us within 20 minutes (we only live 5 minutes away). We both hung up the phones and an hour later, still no wings. We are now at 8:00 PM, so I call back and someone answers the phone and says they are closed. I asked them about our wings and they said that our order had JUST left, another 20 minutes later we didn't receive our wings but got a refund on the pizza, but no refund on the Dr. Pepper we ordered. These people are a joke.
I made a complaint through the Pizza Hut website but so far that hasn't amounted to anything either. I'm amazed that a company would allow this to happen.
