Comcast Corporation Complaint - Comcast Cable Is A Big Rip-off
CHICAGO, ILLINOIS -- I've contacted Comcast numerous of times about on-going problems and if it wasn't for someone posting the corporate office number I will be dealing with these incompetent people that works there. I'm not trying to be a mean person about this but when you have to constantly explain yourself to the representatives and they catch an attitude about YOUR problem, and when you ask for their supervisor I believe they are putting their friends on the line who will give you attitudes so what do you do? You will find a good worker who is willing to give you the credits that you deserve and will help you but that's very rare. These workers sounds very young and inexperience. Call the corporate office like I'm doing now and hopefully you will get somewhere. Be polite.
The young lady at the corporate office that I spoke with was so polite and kept apologizing for all the bad services that I had received. Go over these people heads that work in the customer service department if you feel that you're not getting help from them or those supervisor.
It's not worth going back and forth with them when they all have a boss and the people in the corporate office or Comcast isn't going to allow them (customer services) to lose money or their jobs over nothing so petty
