Brother International Complaint - Bad Customer Service From Brother Sewing Machine Company

NEW JERSEY -- My 60 day old sewing machine broke. They ask to repair it. I thought it should have been just replaced instead. But I agreed. Ship it off and they returned it with parts falling off and something loose on the inside that was moving around as you moved it. Call customer service to tell them that they ruin my machine and it would need to be replaced. They said they needed that one back and they would send out a new one. I have been lie saying that it would only take a little time. Too much time as passed and still nothing. Even the (so called) head customer service representative lies and does not follow though with anything.

I have recorded all their lie in letters and even voice mail messages and video tape of the machine as it was sent back to us. Still no replacement and they have my machine they ruined. I am going to file a legal complaint against this company and all the (I have the names of all the people and what they said and what they lie about.
No one should ever be treated as they treated us !!

Beware of Customer service of Brother International !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
