Comwave Complaint - Comwave Dishonest Billing For Lost Equipment
TORONTO, OKLAHOMA -- On August 08, 2008, I called Comwave to terminate the contract and I needed the address of Comwave to return the iPhone. The Comwave operator gave me a P.O box address for the returning item.
I sent the iPhone with all the cables by Canada Post on August 10, and I still have the Canada Post tracker with me.
Today is Sept 25, 2008, 45 days after, and Comwave still says that they do not receive the returning item. And they will charge me 300$CAD on the lost item.
I think this is the intention of Comwave to give the P.O Box address so nobody could confirm the receive of the item.
It is not fair.
I searched on internet and discover that many customers like me were charged because of the lost of the iPhone.
I don't know what to do. Can somebody help me on this, please.
Comwave is a very bad company to deal. Their services are poor. Their iPhone is full of noises and get disconnected so often.
