AT&T Wireless Complaint - AT&T Extortion: I cancelled contract, ported to Verizon, and AT&T deleted all Rollover Minutes
Ten year AT&T / Cingular customer. Service went to pot with dropped calls after AT&T/Cingular merger. In July we finally had enough and ported to Verizon. All contractual obligations with AT&T were completed before we ported and we had 2,000 rollover minutes.
Our final bill from AT&T came. They had deleted all Rollover Minutes, and then charged us per minute fees on ALL USED MINUTES during our last month.
Called AT&T CS and they justified action because I cancelled my account with AT&T.
We are not paying the final bill. Instead we are forwarding the issue to our Attorney General in Tennessee for dispute resolution.
Rollover Minutes! is laughable!
If you now of additional ways I can bring my situation to legal authorities, I would appreciate the information.
