Complaint - Lousy Customer Service

SHREVEPORT, LOUISIANA -- I ordered a treadmill from this company after searching for the best price on a particular treadmill. I was buying it on advice from MD, and needed to have the treadmill assembled and ready to go after back surgery. I ordered the treadmill in plenty of time. When it arrived, it was immediately obvious that about half the parts were missing, I had only the base of the treadmill, and it was assembled (shouldn't have been from what I understand).

I called BF they said not their fault, call manufacturer, who of course said it was BF's fault. After more than 6 calls, over 40 emails, the partial treadmill was picked up and returned. Of course this was after I got home from the hospital and needed to use it. After more than a month, I received my refund.

BF should have politely apologized for my inconvenience and exchanged the thing as they were aware I had a time issue. Instead they insinuated I was not telling the truth, they wouldn't do such a thing as it was against their policy. They need a new CR policy!!!!

To top it off, I found the exact same treadmill at Walmart, of all places, for $80 less, and their customer service, though not the nicest, would have accommodated me much more efficiently.
