Staples Complaint - Why I Will Never Again Buy A Computer From Staples
In June I purchased a desktop computer from Staples, by August it was not working.
I called Acer tech assistance who sent out CD's to get the computer going- it did not work.
They determined that they sold me a computer with a bad hard drive.
They told me that if I wanted even longer to be without a computer- "I" could pay to ship the dud computer they sold me-to be repaired.
The guarantee says their product is without flaws; obviously that is not true.
The store does Not exchange- the bad product they sold me- based on instructions from Acer.
I wasted money on a piece of garbage-that neither the store nor the company- will replace to keep this consumer happy.
It is Oct and we are without a computer- I will NEVER shop at Staples not buy from Acer again!
I will also be happy to warn other potential buyers to stay away from these places.
