ICICI Bank Informative - Prudential Health Card Scam - ICICI Prudential FRAUD
ICICI Prudential FRAUD
HYDERABAD -- Hi My name is M.K.Raj. I have applied for ICICI Prudential Health card 5 months back. I never received the documents from them. After 3 months when I spoke to one of their Customer support executive , they told that they are sending the documents with in 10 working days which I never received. I got frustrated and went to one of their branches and explained the problem which I am facing.
One of their Manager took my complaint and assured me that he is going to solve my problem and get me the documents with in 2 weeks. Already its been 6 months now till now I have not received them. Surprising is they have send the documents where my name is mismatching.
This is the most worst situation which I faced with them. 90% of the ICICI employees are irresponsible and arrogant .They won't listen to the problem and act on time.
I believe that this is also one of the HEALTH SCAM which is run by ICICI BANK and cheating people by saying that at very nominal fees they will insured.
BE CAREFUL OF ICICI BANK AND ICICI PRUDENTIAL HEALTH INSURANCE.
