Northwest Airlines Suggestion - Poorly designed website
Dear John H Dasburg,
I have a suggestion I would like to make. I cannot stand that fact that when I am logged on to your website, no where can I find my WorldPerks frequent flyer number. I checked my profile, everywhere. Nothing. The only place I can find it is when I go to book a flight, I have to go to the very last step right before purchase and I finally see that you pre-fill a field with my WorldPerks number. Why can't you make this information more accessible since you require it to login to the WorldPerks section of the site? And another thing, why do you even require that information to be entered to login to WorldPerks when I am already logged in with a userid and password, and apparently you already know my WorldPerks number since you prefill the field before I purchase tickets? What is the point of all that? Are you just trying to make it more difficult for users to access their WorldPerks account so they don't take advantage of their miles more frequently?
If possible, I think your website should be re-designed to be a little more customer friendly. Requiring customers to login twice (the second login being a number that no one remembers) isn't a consumer friendly design. In the long run, we consumers appreciate these little things and might want to choose NWA more often.
