Mac Pro Systems Complaint - False Advertising - I Don't Recommend Using Them
SAN JOSE, CALIFORNIA -- I placed an order for 'Mac OS X Tiger 10.4 Bundle' and was sent the wrong item and a CD that is machine specific.
When asked about getting a RMA I got this response: "You can pretend it does not work, sounds like your engineer is worthless. I appreciate you think you know more about your Mac than Mac Pro, Rest assured you do not, nor does your engineer."
All that was asked was to return a product that did not work. And to boot, it was under $150. Do you want to do business with a company that treats customers like that?
