CVS - 161st Street Bronx Complaint - Why is CVS so poorly run and staffed?
Resolution Update on 10/08/2008:
Had a nice discussion with the Store Mgr who called me to discuss my concerns, and explain things. By mutual agreement, this matter is CLOSED
CONCOURSE PLAZA MALL, BRONX, NEW YORK -- Do you believe they only have 1 person staffing the front counter in the morning? Just a couple of days ago, the line started growing and still no backups were summoned to the front? This has happened time after time, and I have tried to address this to the store manager but she was obnoxious and confrontational about it. The District Manager heard the problem and assured me it would be fixed and requested that I come back to view the changes.
Well there were no changes, and correspondences that I have addressed to CVS since then have not been responded to. Moreover, several food items they sell on their shelves are either left in damaged boxes or dented cans; this also tends to be repetitive. I have mentioned this to customer service also. No response to that either. What the &%$$% is wrong with this store? I guess they want to be reported to the Health Department for their damaged goods, or to Better Business Bureau for their lousy service (and even lousier manager), because I am seriously considering that. In the meantime, I would suggest avoiding them altogether.
They are in Concourse Plaza Mall, across from the old and new Bronx Criminal Courts, on E 161st Street.
