DOUGLASVILLE, GEORGIA -- I bought a 2004 Kia Sarento from Arbor in 2004. Things went fine at first. Then at 50000 miles or so the problems began 1st the plasting radiator tank cracked and caused my engine to run hot $110 (not covered under warranty) next the plugs and coil wires went bad $400+ no warranty, and did not fix the problem.
I took it back due to over heating again, and was told it was the booster and bad wires again I told them that it was the head gasket. They said they would put it on the computer and let me know. Nope they said it was the booster and wires and you guessed it no warranty $1300.00 After the work was completed I went to pick up the car and it still did not run. I was told that it was the head gasket DUH.
Fix it and I will pick it up when its ready. Then they got a new service manager and he would not fix it till I paid the 1300 on the repairs that did not fix the problem. After a year of arguing back and forth I paid for the repairs that did not fix my car. Then they start to fix the engine and said it was not under warranty due to me not getting all of my service done at their dealership. $3300.00 more to fix the engine.
Then when I picked my car up the rear spoiler and been taken off and put on another car. I requested they fix it and ended up having to pay another 250.00 to get the spoiler. This place sucks and the service manager is a JERK.
