DHL Informative - Bad Service - AT&T Cell Phone
NEW YORK -- VERY, VERY, VERY BAD SERVICE!@@#$%^^&** Courier came in at night when the apartment leasing office was closed. Left the package at the local DHL office and when we called the customer service, they said that they will redeliver next day and they will call us. The next day, nobody called and nobody came to deliver.
When we called the customer service again, they said that somebody from the local station will call us to tell us where the package is and just wait for the delivery. And when asked for the number of the local DHL so we could call them, they said that they don't have their number, we just have to wait for the call.
We waited and waited but no call. Called the customer service again, we were told that DHL doesn't redeliver - that they could put a request but not guaranteed. Nobody told us that in the beginning. They are bunch of liars @#$$% the supervisor couldn't even tell where the package is - if it's in the truck or in the station.
Don't they have a computer or a system to track the package? This is the 21st century - they should UPGRADE their system! %@#$%^^&@% DHL HAS VERY POOR SERVICE AND YOU NEED TO CLOSE!
