Time-Warner Complaint - Bad Customer Service From Bullies Who've Gotten Too Big !!
PALM SPRINGS, CALIFORNIA -- Since signing up for that bundle over a year ago, I've had repair techs out 4 or 5 times because the phone line makes other's voices "fuzzy" AND the hig-speed internet is NOT HIGH SPEED (maybe it's just slowing down so they can sell us the lightening fast upgrade for $11 or $12 ???). All these techs have looked at the TV reception and helped us iron out problem with the Cable TV. Today, someone decided we weren't paying for the TV service "that they installed) and cut off our TV reception without notice.
No one ever mentioned it, no one ever asked us if we'd like to pay extra since we were getting it. So, now for only $50 bucks more we can have TV back, but have to wait a few days for an available tech. We asked for TV from the get-go, have never made changes in our service and pay the bills promptly upon receipt. Nonetheless we were talked to as if we are criminals and have to wait for resumption of service, I assume as a punishment ??
There are Time-Warner people here EVERY DAY (large apt complex), and it would take all of 5 minutes for one to walk 25 feet and flip a switch, but, oh no, we must have a separate appointment. These people don't talk to you the way they do when they want to sell you something !!
