Wal-Mart Complaint - Auto Service Department
MYRTLE BEACH, SOUTH CAROLINA -- I have always gotten my oil changed at Wal-Mart when I lived in North Myrtle Beach at the Gator Plaza. However, I now live more south and have gone twice to get my oil changed at the Walmart on 501 and Seabord Street. The first attempt was unsuccessful because those who were working in the auto center acted as if they could care less if they helped me or not. I ended up going to Sears that evening. I decided today to go for a regular oil change during my lunch break. First, I was ignored AGAIN, and secondly, the girl that finally came to my car was so rude. She was short with me and had no real answer for any of my questions. She once again could care less for my business. I left and my boyfriend came and got my car at work and went back up there a few hours later. I just received a call from him that we will NEVER go back and give them anymore chances. He sat and waited to be acknowledged for 20 minutes and when he finally went inside, they for the LAST time were very rude to him. I suggest to anyone NOT to EVER take your car to be serviced there.
People who have no customer skills should not be getting any business. I think that Wal-Mart might need to keep a closer eye on that department and any employees for that matter. If they knew how people were being treated, they would fire them. Or at least I think that they should be fired.
They should be somewhere that they do not have to talk to people. It is obvious that they do not care and that is horrible!!
