Sears Complaint - Missed appointment - Home Service
COLUMBUS, OHIO -- I scheduled an appointment for a service of a furnace on sears.com. I was asked to a provide credit card number and warned it would be charged if I was not at the service address when a technician arrived. I spent all day waiting for a tech. At 5p.m. I called Sears (800-4-my-home), and was told that the website did not always work and did not schedule my appointment. I asked for a promotion or a coupon to reschedule the same service. The answer was "No".
SEARS WILL CHARGE YOU, IF YOU MISS AN APPOINTMENT, BUT WILL DO NOTHING IF THEY MISS IT! Not a fair business practice! Sears IS NOT RELIABLE!
