Sprint Complaint - Unfair and teacherous charges on termination of service
I had Sprint service on one phone line for several years (more than 2). Less than 2 years ago I added a second line. Recently I terminated both lines, understanding that I would get charged a late fee on the 2nd phone since I had had it less than 2 years.
However, am being charged an early termination fee on both phones, even though I had the first phone for well over 2 years. Keep you hand on your checkbook if you deal with Sprint!
