Sears--GE Refrigerator Complaint - Warranty Not Up Held Or Honored
LUCERNE, CALIFORNIA -- We bought an over the phone from Sears warranty for our refrigerator.We told them the age and they accepted.A total of 4 different service people were involved.The last two said "it can not be fixed and we need to replace it". They have not answered our calls. We want our money back since if it does not work, we do not need a warranty.
We also bought a soft water unit from Sears. It was installed incorrectly, thus the warranty was void. They claimed I agreed to the outdoor location. I never would have if (after he left) I read where this voided the warranty. I called, turned them into Credit Bureau--I lost.
Cost me 600 to have reinstalled correctly. Watch the service people companies hire to do their installations.
