Home Depot Complaint - Poor Customer Service - Where's My Bed
SAN FRANCISCO -- Ordered and paid for a bed (on Sept 15)to be delivered before my honeymoon. 1/2 of the bed arrived, spent the next 4 days calling home depot where they kept telling me they were trying to confirm that there really were two packages sent.
They kept saying the could not provide any info for 24 - 48 hours but that they were sending emails to the warehouse. Several times they said they would call, but they never did.
I leave for my honeymoon in less than 24 hours - they don't seem to be able to do anything they don't have a script for.
I am going to tell everyone I know about my experience and how this faceless company ruined my honeymoon by distracting me with their poor customer service. They have my money, where is my bed?
I am suing them when I get back from my vacation.
