I've been a QVC customer since the beginning and today I terminated my relationship. In July I purchased a Lock and Lock set and 60 days later one of the pieces broke. I called QVC to get a replacement for the "limited lifetime warranty" item. At first it looked like everything would be handled but 10 days later there was no resolution. So I called again and was told they sent a letter (which I never got) and that they would call my cell phone. A week after this (we're now at 1 month) I called again only to be told that I should call the manufacturer myself to see if they would honor the issue.
That's it. I'm done with horrible customer service. I spent more than $100 a month at QVC on a variety of items. NO MORE. I will miss my Philosophy products, but not this attitude.
