JACKSONVILLE, ARKANSAS -- As a consumer from your state, I felt it was my responsibility to bring to your attention the following incident.
I sent off for a cookoo clock over 1 year ago and have been given the run around about why I never received the product. About 4 months ago, I emailed them and canceled my order that had, all of a sudden, arrived at the company to be mailed out. I was promised a refund of my money , which I have never gotten.
As a resolution, I would like the following:
I would like to receive my money back on this product that I have never received. The company is J.D.Marvel. The email address is -- info@j.d.marvelproducts.com
