TigerDirect.com Compliment - Great Service - Service

CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE -- I have used Tigerdirect many times for both personal and business related purchases. Yesterday we had a some-what high priority computer die. We could not wait until our shipping department could arrange for a replacement. I went to a local computer shop and made a fast purchase of a computer and monitor. The operating system was not XP pro, which we require. It comes with XP home. Their best time for a new OS was 2 to 3 days.
I called Tigerdirect, and inquired about overnight shipping of a new operating system, and if in fact the item would ship same day. I was told 90% chance is yes. I placed my order, and paid for overnight shipping.
The operating system arrived this am as expected, and we were back in action by 11am local time.
Way to go Tigerdirect!!

Its been awhile since shopping at TigerDirect.com. I go to other tech places such as Newegg.com, Directron.com, and Geeks.com.

I live 15 minutes from a tigerdirect outlet store and I love it! You can get just about any part you need, it is much better stocked than Radio Shack or any of those big box stores.
