Nextel Complaint - how do I terminate service-is this legal??????
I have had 2 phones for a year with Nextel. It's been a horrible year, and all I ever got was the terrible voice mail that you get trapped in.
Now I want out now my year of hell contract is up. I have been calling for three weeks on my lunch hour. The termination dep't never answers (a real scam) finally I call new phone service (they pick up immediately. They however will not terninate and only put you back into voice mail to carry on pushing buttons.
I can honestly say I have never dealt with a company that has so little care about it's customers. They have no managers, and each dep't has no ability to help with concerns on another department. Lack of customer care is one thing but to stop people terminating and still charge to me is THEFT.
