Califone International Complaint - Not satisfied with product

LAFAYETTE, LOUISIANA -- Consumer Relations Department,

As a frequent user of your company, I feel obligated to share with you my experience.

On November 13, 1996, our school purchased a Roll Around Sound system with added items. This system was purchased through Ward & Associates of Louisiana.

Unfortunately, your product has not performed well. Mr. Ward has picked it up for "repair" on two occasions. The system still continues to give us trouble. Just this school year, two separate events were ruined because the system failed. We are disappointed because the system is still not working and a large amount of our budget was used to purchase this item.

To help keep me as a potential future customer, I would like the following:

Replace the unit with one that works and one that is dependable.

At the very least I would like a response from your company regarding this incident.
