QVC, Inc. Complaint - Account Closed Without Notification
PHILADELPHIA, PENNSYLVANIA -- My family and I have dealt with QVC for approximately 20 yrs. In the last several years we have noticed a decrease in customer service and quality of goods. I am a relatively new member and sorry I got involved with QVC. After spending quite a bit of money on goods, they closed my account. I have not returned anything or canceled an item. I have no idea why this occurred. I do believe, however, that it is QVC's responsibility to inform their members as to what is going on. The economy is bad. QVC has become arrogant.
I hope that people are smart enough to hold on to their money and not make QVC any richer.
