Comcast Corporation Complaint - Comcast "Bad Business"
BARNEGAT, NEW JERSEY -- When I decided to sign up for internet service I call Comcast,right off the bat they told me that if I wanted to have Internet I must sign for cable TV, since there was no other company offering Internet service in this area I agreed. Little I knew that the internet service was slow and lousy, but my needs were limited my kids's school work, read the news an so on, so no much problem there, but when I decided to work from home my needs changed so did my interaction with Comcast, the Internet drop rate was huge, slow as hell and when call the company
they sent technicians to kind of patch up, but they never solve the real problem the last time I call them they promised to sent a tech and he never showed up I called Comcast and they told me that they had a lot of volume, that they will credit my account for 20 USD, and also promise me credit for bad service, but when I got the bill, surprise, same amount as last month.
So I called again well they charged me 25 USD for the tech alleging that he changed a jumper which in fact did not fixed the problem because the following week I was having so much trouble that I call them again. all along they knew that the problem was outside,because when they fixed the problem outside viola I had service.
THE POINT IS THAT NOT ONLY I HAVE TO PAY FOR SERVICE I AM NOT GETTING I ALSO HAVE TO PAY FOR THEM TO FIX IT(How the HELL that happens in this Country) They CON you under the Law? then you have to bail them out!!
