AT&T Uverse Complaint - Buyer Remorse
SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA -- I switched from Cox to Uverse, primarily because of cost and channel selection. A sales representative flat out lied and told me Uverse offered the NBA league pass. Not true. The tech support wait time is terribly long and inefficient. I ported over my existing telephone number only to have AT&T mess up the transaction resulting in the loss of my long time number.
The customer service is terrible and the DVR system is sub-par relative to cox. AT&T will only allow one DVR per household. Yea, you can play recorded on other boxes in the house, but you can only record and pause live TV from one box.
Choice amongst television service providers is a great thing. The choice of AT&T is a terrible thing.
