Tobi Steamer Informative - Tobi Steamer (Provide Poor Customer Service Or None At All)

I contacted the customer service department and I explained to them that I purchased a Tobi Steamer that leaked water at each use and that I would be returning the product for a full refund since I felt it was a defective/unsatisfactory purchase and I could not use a leaking steamer. I was told, “There is absolutely nothing that could be done.” I fill this is totally unacceptable. I returned the product via UPS and as of today I have not received my refund.

They have their Tobi Steamer and kept my money. So they made twice the amount.

There are numerous complaint about the product. Getting a refund is next to impossible. Even if they ask for it back they will deny ever receiving it. Do a charge back on your credit card.
