RCA Phone - Complaint

I have a RCA phone and it is under warranty. it took 7 days to finally get thru to them that it was under warranty. After many hours on the phone they then inform me that they can't do anything until they have the receipt faxed to them. I did that and then they tell me it will take 14 to 21 days to ship the replacement out.

I requested talking to a supervisor because I had already spent 7 days on phone with them. they said one would return my call. well I am still waiting.
