The Imported Car Store Complaint - Unfair customer treatment

MELBOURNE, FLORIDA -- We've been devoted customers of the Imported Care Store dealership for 3+ years. We leased the first time BMW545i for 3 years, returned the car in perfect condition 1 month ahead of the lease end and started a new lease with them of 550i. We started 1 month ealier because they tricked us to do so promissing verbally that they will refund us for the last unused month as the last payment was already made at that time 3 days earlier. We believed them. Now they pretend that nothing happened and do not want to refund us saying that there is nothing said in the paperwork. It is true nothing is said there as we believed them and trusted them and did not think about the papers. This is all unbelievable to us, treatment like that. We came to America from Russia. All this reminds us well the dark period of the Soviet Union era. Please help us to get to the truth and fairness.

Rule Number One: Get everything in writing. A verbal promise means absolutely nothing. People will promise you one thing verbally and when it comes time to make good on that promise, they develop amnesia and deny that the conversation ever took place. Then it's just your word against theirs.
