Steak-Umm Compliment - Steak Umm Buger Patties

Review by Brett2343 on 2008-10-11
NEWPORT, WASHINGTON -- Bought Steak-umm regular burger patties at the local supermarket. Turned out they were tough and chewey for some reason so we threw them out. I then wrote a letter to Steak-Umm because they have a "satisfaction Guarantee." I received an apology letter an refund a couple weeks later. I will try their products again. Kudos to Steak-Ummm for good customer service.

I personally didn't like the burger patties...too much meat for me.

The sandwich steaks, however, are pretty good for Philly Cheese Steak sandwiches...mmmmmmm...wit cheez whiz, onions & peppers....mmmmm (seriously just an occasional thing, you understand)
