Taco Bell Complaint - Health Hazards In Dining Area!
This is the first time in my 50 years of dining out that I feel compelled to lash out. I've been eating at store 216 in a Chicago suburb for 10 years. They got a new supervisor with major issues...
Two weeks ago I went for a late lunch and found restaurant almost empty yet I could not find a place to site because every single table had garbage on it. I cleaned my own table but did tell him it looked like crap in the dining room. He looked at me and rolled his eyes. Whatever dude.
Today 10-14-2008, I went for late lunch and the place was so filthy I was contemplating calling local health inspector. Food garbage once again on every table, under tables and the kicker was overflowing garbage cans with falling debris. It was warm in the restaurant which made the place smell like a dumpster with rats. I went right to the same supervisor as my last visit debacle and this time he actually talked. Get this...he told me the dining room will be cleaned when more crew arrives later in the day! He and two others were doing nothing but hanging around shoving the filth off to a later crew!
Unreal. I ordered volcano tacos with no lettuce to go (can't sit at this dump) and when handed my order I ask this filth lover if he was sure there was no lettuce and he said positively no lettuce. Well, when I got home...you guessed it, lettuce.
If you people don't like your jobs then quit. Stop acting like you're doing us a favor when we order something. It's your job bud. If you're from corporate you will have health inspectors at #216 next time I see this pathetic mess.
