Ford Motor Complaint - Horrible Experience
NEW JERSEY -- I purchased a used 2002 Ford Windstar minivan from an Authorized Ford dealership in March of 2003. At the end of the first week that I bought the vehicle, it wouldn't start. When I finally got the vehicle to the dealership that I bought it from, which by the way, I was given the Ford garauntee that this vehicle had no problems at all, they said that the battery was dead and they gave me a brand new battery along with a couple of other minor issues at the time. Not too long following this event, my vehicle died on me again. This time the same dealership said they realized that this problem was related to an electrical problem that had something to do with my brake system (I felt real safe after that). Most currently, on Christmas Eve of 2003, I was stranded at work because my vehicle died right down the road from where I work. With no Ford place open and being a long way from home, I was wondering how I was getting home for Christmas. I will never purchase another Ford related product ever again. I have better things to do with MY time than sitting around and waiting for Ford to help me fix their problems.
