ComputerGear Compliment - Awesome Customer Service
COLORADO SPRINGS, COLORADO -- For Christmas 2007, I bought my husband a stainless steel wallet from ComputerGear.com. It was expensive, but was very cool, and should have lasted for a long while. Well, within 3 or 4 months it had started to fray and crack at the fold, and by the end of September had become unusable due to the fact that the stainless steel would poke thru the pocket of even his jeans. It was coming apart at the fold and edges, and this was just with normal wear in the back pocket of his jeans. Needless to say I and my husband were very disappointed in the product and I sent an e-mail to ComputerGear just to let them know that a product that they are still selling was not holding up well in real life. I didn't ask for any compensation, just wanted to let them know. Amazingly, I received a very prompt e-mail from J--- in customer service telling me that they would refund my full purchase price, if I would just mail the wallet to them. I am still amazed. J--- was very helpful and kept me in the loop, and even called when needed. They received the wallet and promptly credited my card, and let me know to watch for the credit. I told J--- that I would be sure and leave a positive review for them, and will look forward to shopping again with them this holiday season.
I can honestly say that I have never received such outstanding customer service as with this company. This is how you keep your customers coming back.
